🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Shiv Organic Dairy Farm, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product.

📦 What Can Be Returned

• Unopened Products: Products in original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery
• Quality Issues: Products with visible quality defects or contamination
• Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered
• Damaged Packaging: Products with damaged or compromised packaging

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

• Opened Products: Ghee containers that have been opened or used
• Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, opened containers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Personal Preference: Returns based on taste preference or change of mind
• After 7 Days: Products returned after 7 days from delivery date

2. Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return
3. Get Approval: We'll verify your return request and provide approval
4. Arrange Pickup: We'll arrange for product pickup from your location
5. Quality Check: Our team will inspect the returned product
6. Refund/Exchange: Once approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

💰 Refund Options

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase
• Bank Transfer: For UPI payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
• Store Credit: Option to receive store credit for future purchases
