✅ Refund Eligibility
- Quality Issues: Products with visible defects, contamination, or quality problems
- Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered
- Damaged Delivery: Products damaged during transit or delivery
- Unopened Products: Products returned within 7 days in original, unopened condition
- Duplicate Orders: Accidental duplicate orders placed by mistake
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Opened Ghee Containers: Due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Personal Preference: Taste preference or change of mind
- After 7 Days: Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Used Products: Any product that has been partially used
- Custom Orders: Special orders made specifically for customers

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer

- Processing time: 3-5 business days
