Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within [e.g., 1 hour] of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Refund Policy

NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE once an order is delivered. Due to food safety reasons, products once opened/used cannot be returned.

Due to food safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are not applicable. If an order is cancelled before dispatch (when allowed), any online payment will be voided/reversed by the payment gateway as per their timelines.
